There are cheaper fork seals out there, but these are the good stuff - XNBR technology, XNBR is a highly sophisticated carboxylated elastomer, which offers exceptional resistance to abrasion, high temperatures and to the additives found in fork oil.
What does all that mean without the science jargon? These are the fork seals we use on our own road and race bikes, because we don't want to be replacing them all the time if we can help it! 5+ years and counting in one of the race bikes, and still going strong. Cheap seals are a false economy, use the best and save yourself the trouble later on!

You could find some material, measure and draw up a shape, cut it out, drill some holes and make your own - many do. We have a lot of bikes we need to fit them to, so we drew one up that covered every bike we could measure up, and had them laser cut in lightweight aluminium.

Direct bolt on replacement, weighs less than half of the original, and with our front sprocket provides ideal gearing for the local race tracks. Can also be used on the street for your road bike!

EK 520MRD7 Lightweight Race Chain - Honda CBR250R/R MC19 MC22
Use this lightweight chain with our 520 sprocket conversion for the ultimate CBR250 Race bike combination. EK developed this chain for the motorcross world, but the low drag, low weight, high strength characteristics have proven themselves over the last few years of using this chain on most of our Retro Moto Racing track bikes, helping us bring home the championship several times now. On a CBR250RR race bike, one chain lasts a whole season, which we were not achieving with some other chains.
The 520MRD7 also features lightening holes in the side plates to reduce the chain’s overall weight by 3% without compromising tensile strength. These holes also extend the service life of the chain by dissipating heat and helping reduce damaging dirt and grit build up.

The Muc-Off Chain Brush is an essential tool to keep your motorcycle's chain spotlessly clean and running smoothly. For the best results, apply 'Muc-Off Chain Cleaner' to a dry motorcycle chain and using the 'Chain Brush', agitate around the entire length of the chain, regularly applying more chain cleaner. Next, wash down with water and allow to dry before applying your choice of Muc-Off (weather-specific) chain lube for the best, long-lasting results.
NB: To maintain optimum brush performance avoid use with boiling water and on hot parts. We recommend using warm water and allowing all hot parts to cool before use.

We clean carbs. A lot! If you've followed our work, you'll have seen us using this carb cleaner, and there's a reason for it - it actually works! It's safe to say that most of the carbs we tackle are decades old and have often been sitting idle for years before they cross our work bench. We use P26 Multi-purpose... Ok we just call it P26. We use P26 in the workshop on a daily basis. Everyone who's been wrenching and busting knuckles for a while will have their favourite secret sauce that they swear by, for some it's wd40, for others its a homebrew concoction of transmission fluid and kerosene. We've been doing this long enough to have tried most all of them, and there are some differences between them but by and large they all aim to do the same things. So why pick one or the other?! We use P26 because we know and trust the Penrite brand, but we wouldn't use it if it didn't work! It gets rusted seized bolts free on the 40+ year old bikes we work on every day, it's a great all purpose lubricant and the built in straw is part of the nozzle making it nearly impossible to lose - you know how that usually goes missing the day after you open the can? Yeah, no more. It also works upside down, on its side or any which way, which is critical getting into awkward places on a motorcycle.
P26 Multi-Purpose MoS2 Lubricant is suitable for use in all automotive, marine, industrial and domestic applications. These include drying wet automotive ignition and electrical systems and is useful in many other automotive and domestic applications such as hinges, locks, catches and other squeaking or seized moving parts. It can also be used as a corrosion protector for metal. It can be used wherever a normal penetrant or light lubrication is necessary to assist in free movement of parts. It is excellent as a penetrant pre-spray for rusted on nuts and bolts prior to disassembling corroded parts.
P26 Multi-Purpose MoS2 Lubricant can help eliminate problems by protecting exposed parts from corrosive effects of climatic conditions especially in high humidity and areas close to coastal sea and salt. It acts as a water dispelling or displacement fluid so is excellent for contact points.

Designed not to fling off in competition at high speeds or temperatures or attract excessive amounts of dirt/mud/sand when off road. It provides exceptional anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties whilst maximising drive efficiency by lowering friction between the chain and sprockets.
10 Tenths Chain Lube Race is designed for use in competition, road and off road applications that use a chain drive system such as motorcycles, ATVs and Go-Karts etc. It can also be used on bicycle chains. It contains advanced lightweight synthetic additives that penetrate chain links, rollers and sprockets, leaving a thin film of highly protective lubricant within the chain. The synthetic grease like lubricant is not as dense as standard chain lubes but provides equal protection to much thicker lubricants which can fling off the chain or attract large amounts of dirt and mud in off road conditions.
10 Tenths Chain Lube Race may be used in X, O & Z ring type chains. The film of protective lubricant is engineered to be highly adhesive and to stay in place during competition events and is ready for use quickly after application. It should be applied sparingly to a clean chain. Its fast acting formulation will penetrate the chain links faster than standard chain lubricants which allows it to be used in between competition races and not be flung off by the fast motion of the chain.

Clean chain of old lubricant, dirt, mud etc. with Penrite Chain Cleaner
Apply Penrite Dry Chain Lube directly from the can to a clean chain
Apply a light even coat to the inside of the chain. Avoid excess application
Allow solvent to dry and chain is lubricated.
